Penodogan Perpetrator Di Mampang Ditangkap, Polisi Temukan Dua Pucuk Pistol
JAKARTA - The police arrested a mobio driver from Toyota Etios with the initials HRR (33) who was suspected of holding him in the Mampang Prapatan area, South Jakarta. The incident occurred on Thursday, March 21, during the day.
Mampang Prapatan Police Chief David Kanito said the arrest took place on Saturday, March 23, in the early hours of the morning.
He explained that the arrest began with reports from the community that there was a mugging in the Mampang Prapatan area, South Jakarta.
Furthermore, his party conducted an investigation at the scene of the pekara (TKP) by checking CCTV and examining a number of witnesses.
From the results of the investigation, it was revealed the identity of the perpetrator who turned out to be going to the Bogor area, West Java. On that basis, his party immediately arrested the perpetrator.
"Alhamdulillah, in the Bogor area, we managed to arrest the perpetrator with the initials HRR after we arrested him," David told reporters, Saturday, March 23.
Apart from arresting the perpetrators, said David, his party also conducted a search at the perpetrator's house. It turned out that two pistols were found, one of which was only a type of lighter.
"The evidence that we managed to secure included the vehicle used, namely the white Toyota Etios, then we found two pistols. One air soft gun was then one lighter type pistol," he said.
"In addition, we also found two sharp bullets and the other one was a gas cylinder, we also confiscated the clothes used at the time of the incident," he continued.
For the detention and ownership of the illegal airsoft gun, the perpetrator was named a suspect and charged with Article 1 paragraph (1) of the Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951 in conjunction with Article 335 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
