Google Launches Second Developer Preview For Android 15
JAKARTA Google has released the first developer preview for Android 15 on February 17. Now, the company is rolling out the Android 15 update for a second developer preview.
The developer preview is a testing process that must be passed before entering beta testing. This testing stage is carried out so that Google can receive input earlier before the system is released.
In this second developer preview, Google will bring feature updates in stages, API, and several other changes. The developer preview participants will also experience the latest features.
Quoting from 9to5google, the recently released developer preview received satellite connectivity support. In addition, there is an improvement in the contactless payment system, multi-language recognition, volume consistency, and others.

The latest developer preview also addresses security and fitness issues in advance. Google also added a confirmation message stating that a messaging system with satellite connectivity is coming.
Interestingly, this developer preview update has a system that detects screen recording. With this detection support, Google will notify users if their activity is being recorded through the app.
Google also includes improvements to the multi-language audio recognition feature on Android 14. This update eliminates some problems, one of which is missing words when the user switches between languages.
