Kejari Selidiki Dugaan Korupsi Di RSUD Nunukan, 27 Saksi Diperiksa
NUNUKAN - The Nunukan District Attorney (Kejari), North Kalimantan (Kaltara), is investigating the alleged corruption in the budget of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of the Nunukan District Hospital.
The head of the Nunukan Kejari, Teguh Ananto, through the Head of the Special Crimes Section (Kasi Pidsus) of the Nunukan Kejari, Ricky Rangkuti, revealed that the Nunukan Kejari investigating team was still investigating the case by examining a number of witnesses. In addition, the team has asked the Provincial Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) (Kaltara) to calculate the alleged state loss.
"We have examined 27 people as witnesses, 17 witnesses from the company (third party) and 10 people from the management of the Nunukan Hospital," said Ricky, Wednesday, March 20.
Ricky said that from the investigation, the kejari team found an alleged state loss of around Rp. 3 billion.
"But we are still the results of the examination or calculation of state losses from BPKP. It could be that the number is more than our calculation (Jaksa)," said Kasi Pidsus.
Investigators have investigated allegations of corruption in the management of the BLUD at the Nunukan Hospital for the 2021 fiscal year and the 2022 fiscal year since November 22, 2023.
"The results of the temporary investigation found data on abuse of authority at the BLUD of the Nunukan FY 2021 and TENT 2022 Hospitals including allegations of misuse of COVID-19 funds with allegations of state losses reaching Rp 3 billion," he concluded.
