SAP Presents Generative AI Solutions To Support Business Transformation
JAKARTA Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a very important technology in business growth. However, this technology developed so quickly that SAP created a new program.
Delivered in a roundtable media session held virtually, SAP Southeast Asia discusses programs that can develop transformative data innovations to help customers. This program is integrated into the SAP Datasphere solution.
The SAP Datasphere is a platform that provides measurable access to very important business data. One of the innovations that SAP presents in the Datasphere is a generating AI feature to simplify landscapes and data interactions.
SAP Chief AI Officer Philipp Herzig, one of the speakers, said AI was one of the big challenges for organizations and companies. This technology usually has a shortage in quality data or data privacy protection.
"With our latest innovation in the SAP Datasphere, we aim to address these two challenges, enabling faster AI adoption for customer business processes," said Philipp.
In line with Herzig's statement, SAP Southeast Asia President and Managing Director Verena Siow said that organizations or companies do need quality data as a basis for business strategies.
"AI has the potential to increase the economy in Southeast Asia by US$1 trillion (Rp15.7 quadrillion) by 2030. Therefore, it is important for us to take advantage of AI and cloud as the main driver of innovation and progress," said Verena.
The first innovation announced by SAP was a generative AI Assistant under the name Joule Copilot. This AI-based innovation is available on the SAP Analytics Cloud supported by vector engine capabilities of the Hana Cloud SAP.
Furthermore, there is a SAP Datasphere knowledge graph that helps organizations and companies find hidden information and patterns throughout their applications and systems to improve understanding of the relationship between data.
Lastly, there is the integration of the SAP Datasphere with the SAP Analytics Cloud to provide a single data management system and further analytics. The integration of this solution will support cross-organization planning.
