KPU Ready To Answer All Doubts About The Decree Of The 2024 Election During RDP In The DPR
JAKARTA - KPU member August Mellaz said his party smoke answered all suspicions of alleged fraud in holding the 2024 General Election during a hearing (RDP) with Commission II of the DPR on the upcoming agenda.
"Is there any other choice? The KPU must be ready," said Mellaz as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, March 14.
The KPU was supposed to attend the RDP with the DPR today. However, on Tuesday (12/3), the KPU requested that the RDP be rescheduled, because it was recapitulating the national level vote acquisition tally.
"But what is clear is that the participants also know that from March 9 to today, on March 14, we held a recapitulation meeting at the national level," he explained.
Based on the national recapitulation as of Saturday (9/3) to date (14/3), the KPU has approved the vote acquisition for the presidential election at 25 provinces at the national level; namely the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Gorontalo, Central Kalimantan, Bali, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, West Kalimantan.
Furthermore, South Sumatra, Central Java, DKI Jakarta, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, Riau Islands, East Nusa Tenggara, Banten, North Kalimantan, East Java, Southeast Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, Riau, West Papua, North Sulawesi, Bengkulu, West Sumatra and South Sulawesi.

The national recapitulation process was attended by witnesses from the election participants, including there were also monitoring, and also direct votes via YouTube. So, everyone can also monitor directly.
In addition, the KPU was also pursued by the deadline to complete the recapitulation of the national level vote acquisition which fell to a maximum on Wednesday (20/3). Meanwhile, this recapitulation process leaves 13 more provinces out of 38 provinces that have been calculated.
"So, I think, if for example there is a consideration by Commission II, of course the objective part," said Mellaz.
