650 Israeli Complaint Chilean Lawyers To The International Court
JAKARTA - More than 650 Chile lawyers filed a complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) against the government, the president and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Reported by ANTARA from WAFA, Wednesday, March 13, the complaint was motivated by crimes against humanity, genocide and war crimes committed by Israel against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem.
The legal action was put forward by a delegation of Chile's lawyers, including lawyer Chile as well as former ambassador Nelson Hadad, Vice President of the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) Shawan Jabarin and lawyer and professor of Chile, Rodolfo Marcone-Lo Presti.
