JAKARTA - A viral big motorbike rider (moge) was kicked for breaking into ring 1 with a 2-month imprisonment or a fine of IDR 250 thousand. The sanctions are due to motorbike drivers who have committed traffic violations.

With this violation, the motorbike racer was charged with Article 283 of Law Number 22 Year 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation (LLAJ).
Article 283 LLAJ contains the sanction for every person driving a motorized vehicle on the road inappropriately, and carrying out other activities or is affected by a situation which results in distraction in driving on the road.
"Penalty penalty article 283 includes technical requirements with the threat of imprisonment of two months or a fine of Rp. 250 thousand. So the process is just a friction," he said.
