Rio said that as an administrative officer in the area he could not take action, then after reporting and taking directions from the Secretariat General of the DPD RI, he could only act according to instructions.
It was observed that until this afternoon the DPD RI Bali Office Jalan Tjok Agung Tresna, Denpasar, was deserted, every corner of the room was quiet because it was still in the series of Nyepi Day.
According to Rio, even so, Arya Wedakarna should still carry out orders from the central secretariat to pack goods in an office facility.
Rio also conveyed that there was no communication from the two-term senator work team, even though if you look at the letter it should be on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, the room is clean.
"There is no communication, it's clear that the letter is mentioned, so I don't think there needs to be any explanation, it's still on the 12th, so we already have steps, if he doesn't carry out the letter, we'll just report it to the Secretary General," he said.
The head of the office explained that based on the directive, what Arya Wedakarna had to do was only package the items in the room, related to other facilities such as vehicles, according to him, did not exist because there were no such facilities in the area.
Previously, in a letter from the Regional Representative Council (DPD) RT.01/215 / DPDRI / III / 2024 regarding the termination of financial, administrative rights and other facilities, it was given directions so that Arya Wedakarna immediately took goods from the office until March 12, 2024.
