"For his actions, the suspect was charged with Article 2 paragraph 1 and Article 3 of the Anti-Corruption Law, concerning the eradication of corruption with a minimum prison sentence of 4 years and a maximum of 20 years and a maximum fine of Rp. 1 billion," said Irwansah as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, March 6.

"The suspect is strongly suspected of not following Perbup Murung Raya Number 8 of 2016 and Perbup Murung Raya Number 35 of 2019 concerning Village Financial Management," he said.
Ironically, in order to smooth out the action, the funds that have been disbursed are immediately stored by the Head of PG Village itself, while the Finance Head is not functioning.
"This suspect in the preparation of the APBDes also does not involve the community, in terms of determining development priorities, preparing Fund Use Plans (RPD). Then, in carrying out activities, the Activity Management Team (TPK) was not formed according to the RPD," said Irwansah.
