Bank DKI Holds ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System

JAKARTA - Bank DKI Regional Development Bank (BPD) received ISO 9001: 2015 certification by TUV Nord Indonesia. ISO 9001: 2015 certification is one of the globally recognized standard frameworks for quality management.

The ISO 9001: 2015 assessment certificate is based on 7 principles, including focusing on customers, leadership, involvement of human resources, process approach, continuous improvement, decision making based on data and facts, and management of relationships with stakeholders.

"The ISO 9001: 2015 certification achievement means that Bank DKI has implemented international standards in the internal audit essential function," said (Plt) President Director of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono in his statement, Wednesday, March 6.

"And, reflecting the dedication and collective hard work of the Management team and all employees of Bank DKI in an effort to improve the operational quality of the Company, especially the internal audit system," he continued.

Amirul said that the holder of the ISO 9001: 2015 certificate will have a positive impact on increasing the productivity and operational performance of the company as a whole.

In addition, the quality management system certificate is also said to indicate the readiness of the DKI Provincial Government's bank to face dynamic challenges and changes in the banking industry.

"By referring to the principles of ISO 9001: 2015, Bank DKI has established a long-term commitment to carrying out the Company's operations based on the principles of transparency, integrity, and focus on customer satisfaction," said Bank DKI Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi.

In addition to receiving ISO 9001: 2015, Bank DKI previously also received ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System certification, ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System in the Goods and Services Procurement Process, ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems in the provision of JakOne Mobile services, ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems on IT Helpdesk Services, and ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management Systems.
