Bank DKI Wins Award At Best BUMD Award 2024

JAKARTA - Bank DKI has again won appreciation for its performance in accelerating the development of digital-based products and services from Warta Ekonomi media as Top BUMD 2024 with Digital Transformation Initiatives and Banking Accessibility. The award was handed over directly to the Director of Technology and Operations and concurrently the Managing Director of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono at the Indonesia Best BUMD Awards 2024 which was held in Jakarta on Tuesday 5 March.

Amirul expressed his appreciation for the award given, as well as giving the view that banks are currently experiencing a tight era of competition. Therefore, Bank DKI adapts, develops, and innovates continuously, as an effort to continue to grow sustainably.

The success of Bank DKI in winning awards as Top BUMD 2024 with Digital Transformation Initiatives and Banking Accessibility is based on a number of assessment indicators carried out by the Warta Ekonomi team. Expand Digital Financial Access

In encouraging digitization, Bank DKI has made various efforts, including the development of digital-based service applications such as JakOne Mobile and JakOne Abank, electronic payments for integrated transportation modes, DKI Provincial Government managed tourist attractions, digitizing market payments for the management of Perumda Pasar Jaya, to various collaborations with BPD, BUMD and other entities.

The number of users of the JakOne Mobile Bank DKI application for the period December 2023 reached 2.23 million people, grew 12.11 percent (YoY) compared to the same period in 2022, with a transaction volume of 29.61 million transactions and a nominal transaction of IDR 30.62 trillion.

The number of users of the JakOne Abank application reached 4.99 thousand people, grew 170.42 percent (YoY) compared to the December 2022 period, with a transaction volume of 3.18 million transactions and a nominal transaction of Rp1.72 trillion.

Meanwhile, JakOne Merchant users for the period December 2023 reached 31.47 thousand people, grew 101.39 percent (YoY) compared to the same period in 2022, with a transaction volume of 3.25 million transactions and a transaction nominal of Rp533.55 billion.

Including the latest Jakarta Tourist Pass, which is a collaboration between Bank DKI and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Tourism and Creative Economy Office in providing digital solutions for tourists in the City of Jakarta that make it easier for tourists to access popular destinations, transportation, and other tourism services in Jakarta.
