France Releases List Of Weapons To Ukraine, From Tanks To Long-range Missiles

JAKARTA - The French Ministry of Defense released a list of military aids provided to Ukraine during the conflict that lasted approximately two years, including long-range missiles and air defense systems.

The list consists of 50 parts and includes personal protective equipment, communication devices and drones, according to data on the Ministry of Defense website. The weapons were handed over to Kiev on December 31, 2023.

The air defense systems provided include two Crotale NG rocket systems, six Mistral missile systems and one SAMP/T system. France also recorded SCALP long-range missiles, but the number was not mentioned.

As reported by ANTARA from TASS-OANA, Monday, March 4, Paris also supplied Kiev 30 CATesar self-propelled artillery systems, six TRF1 howitzers, four dual rocket launch systems and 10 mortars. The aid includes 1,002 AT4 anti-tank weapons and three Milan missile systems.

A total of 38 AMX10 RC-wheeled tanks and 250 armored vehicles equipped for combat or medical vehicles as well as 120 off-road vehicles and six trucks were also supplied by France.

Meanwhile, Ukraine also received donations of 160 reconnaissance drones and 10 drone detection devices.

The delivery of 30 Birds Futura boats, 55 7.62 mm machine guns, 560 12.7 mm machine guns, 1,000 Famas rifles, and 20 sniper rifles were also included, TASS reported.
