Aris received first aid by the emergency ambulance medical team at the East Jakarta Health Office. Aris was finally taken to Duren Sawit Hospital for further treatment.

"He was taken to the hospital. We had time to talk to his son because he didn't want to be left by his father, don't live under the bridge again when he has recovered because it is dangerous on the outskirts of the river. Now it's the rainy season and there is a ban from the government. Moreover, there are children," he said.
