Consistently Makes Bank DKI Gemilang Achieve 2 Awards From The Iconomics

Starting at the beginning of the year with various achievements, PT Bank DKI won two awards at once, as Indonesia's Top 20 Digital Financial Brands Awards 2024 and Top Sharia Business Unit in Regional Bank Category from the media The Iconomics. The award was received directly by the Director of Retail & Sharia Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus at the Indonesia Business Innovation Forum 2024 event in Jakarta on Tuesday, February 20.

In his speech when he received the award, Henky expressed his gratitude to shareholders, customers, and all partners who continue to give confidence in banking products and services from Bank DKI.

"Bank DKI always adapts by innovating to present various digital products and services, one of which is with our superior product, JakOne Mobile, which is a super app that presents mobile banking and mobile wallets to meet the daily transaction needs of customers," said Henky.

Henky added, in developing products and services, Bank DKI also innovates in terms of Islamic banking. Evidenced by the Sharia Business Unit of Bank DKI which has implemented the Dual Banking Leverage Model (DBLM). Where DBLM allows customers who want products and services with sharia schemes, they can make transactions in all Branch Offices, including Conventional Bank DKI Branch Offices.

The determination of the winners of the Indonesia's 20 Top Digital Financial Brands Awards 2024, was carried out through three stages of assessment, namely Focus Group Discussion, Online Quatitative Survey, and Assessment, including online survey methods involving more than 10,000 respondents in 10 major cities in Indonesia. As for the title of Top Sharia Business Unit in Regional Bank Category, it was determined through an assessment of financial performance with a 60 percent balance sheet, and a profit loss report and a comprehensive income of 40 percent.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi added that Bank DKI continues to make various efforts to develop digital-based products and services, including by electronicizing payments in an integrated manner on transportation modes, DKI Provincial Government managed tourist attractions, digitizing market payments for the management of Perumda Pasar Jaya, to various collaborations with BPD, BUMD and other entities.

Based on a report for the December 2023 period, the number of leading digital application users of Bank DKI, JakOne Mobile has reached 2.23 million people, with a transaction volume of 29.62 million transactions and a nominal transaction of IDR 30.63 trillion. In addition, accompanying the momentum at the end of 2023, Bank DKI introduced the Jakarta Tourist Pass which is a digital solution based on electronic cards (JakCard Bank DKI) and an application (JakOne Pay Bank DKI) that can be used to make it easier for tourists to access tourism services in Jakarta.

"The development of digital-based products and services by Bank DKI is carried out in order to expand the accessibility of public finances, as well as to encourage the improvement of the company's competitiveness to continue to grow sustainably," concluded Arie.
