The Wedding Event Creates A Crowd, The Owner Of The Celebration In Pati Is Examined By The Police
PATI - Police investigated the owner of a celebration in Sukolilo District, Pati, Central Java, because it caused a crowd. This incident occurred during the implementation of restrictions on micro-scale community activities (PKM) to prevent transmission of COVID-19.
"For the time being, only the head of the family organizing the celebration on Thursday (25/2) has been questioned following a video of the alleged viral crowd (virtual virus)," Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Pati Police, AKP Ghala Rimba Prayer Sirrang, quoted by Antara, Friday, February 26. .
After clarifying the owner of the celebration, the police plan to ask other parties, such as the sub-district head and village head, including information from Bhayangkara Pembina Security and Public Order (Bhabinkamtibmas).
The party owner of the celebration would like to clarify regarding the implementation of the micro-scale PKM. It was also clarified about the lack of coordination with local government officials who were the task force for handling COVID-19 to obtain permits.
Based on the information from the celebration owner, it is admitted that they never coordinated.
"It's just that, he was surprised to find that there were about 50 people coming so that it looked crowded. When he wanted to put the buffalo as a handover, it also caused traffic jams," said AKP Ghala Rimba.
Because currently micro-scale PPKM is still in effect, it is advisable for people who want to organize an event to coordinate with the village government and the COVID-19 task force in which there are members of the Police, such as Bhabinkamtibmas and the Village Guidance Officer (Babinsa) as a form of supervision.
AKP Ghala Rimba revealed that the temporary stage is just a clarification. Later, it will also be coordinated with the local District Health Office to ensure that contact tracing is necessary to prevent clusters of COVID-19 transmission.
Meanwhile, Kapolsek Sukolilo AKP Suyatna said members were dispatched to the location of the celebration which was held for internal family circles.
Meanwhile, the circulating video, he said, was known to have taken place shortly after the event was over. While the activities are only in the form of consent granted and marriage proposal submission.
"It just so happens that the house is located on the edge of Jalan Pati-Purwodadi, so that when one buffalo was dropped off as a handover and a motorbike had caused traffic jams," said AKP Suyatna.
Regarding this, the home owner stated that he was ready to be responsible for the noise that was caused. In addition, the person concerned has also made a statement of apology for this matter.
