The Killer Of The Head Of Industrial Estate Security In Semarang Was Arrested, The Motive Is Wage And Working Hours

The police arrested the perpetrator of the persecution that killed the head of the post guarding the industrial area in Banjardowo, Genuk, Semarang City, Central Java (Central Java).

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Semarang Polrestabes Kompol Andika Dharma Sena said the suspect HM (58), a resident of Genuksari, Semarang City, was the victim's subordinate as a security guard at the door to the industrial area.

According to him, the victim and perpetrator were involved in a dispute over wages and working hours.

"The perpetrator went to the victim, then there was a dispute between the two," he said in Semarang, Monday, February 12, which was confiscated by Antara.

The perpetrator, who was emotional, took a replica of the victim's airsoft gun and hit the head.

"The perpetrator also shot the victim five times in the head. This is in accordance with the findings of bullets in the victim's head," he said.

In addition, he continued, the perpetrator also hit the victim's head with a stone even though he had fallen.

The police themselves are still investigating the origin of the airsoft gun to shoot the victim.

"We are still investigating this gun because the perpetrator's statement is still changing," he said.

For his actions, the suspect was charged with Article 338 or 340 of the Criminal Code regarding murder or Article 351 or 354 of the Criminal Code concerning persecution that resulted in death.
