3 Victims Died As A Result Of Miras Oplosan, Police Arrest 2 Sellers In Banjar

Two suspects selling liquor (miras) in Banjar, West Java, were arrested by the Banjar Police Satreskrim after reportedly selling alcohol resulting in three men taking lives. The suspect with the initials DH (44 years) and AH (31) sold alcohol which resulted in three men in Karamukti Village, Pataruman District, Banjar City, died in November 2023. Both were arrested for selling unlicensed alcoholic alcohol. DH, a resident of Lakbok District, Ciamis Regency also works as a BUMN employee. Meanwhile, AH is a resident of Majenang Subdistrict, Cilacap, who works as a casual daily laborer. Banjar Police Chief Danny Yulianto said, from the suspect's hands, the police secured evidence as many as 31 empty bottles and 22 bottles of alcohol contents of various types. Police are also hunting for one other suspect, with the initials LS who are now on the wanted list (DPO). "Of these two suspects, we are also looking for one other suspect who is still a DPO. We are also securing dozens of empty bottles of alcohol and the contents of various types of the suspect's hands," said AKBP Danny Yulianto, Thursday 1 February. According to him, the modus operandi of these suspects sold alcohol by not having a permit, resulting in the death of others, resulting in the death of others. Before they died, these victims complained of symptoms of shortness of breath, nausea and dizziness, so medical treatment had to be given. The three victims who died were residents of Banjar, named Asep Beni (45), Yatno (41) and Endang Hidayat (42). They died at the Banjar City Hospital, after being referred from the Pataruman 2 Health Center because their condition got worse because they drank mixed alcohol with 75 percent alcohol.
