Serve Honda Electric Motor Service, Wahana Prepares 58 AHASS Workshops

JAKARTA - PT Wahana Makmur Sejati (WMS), Main Dealer for Honda motorcycles in the Jakarta-Tangerang area, has prepared 58 Astra Honda Authorized Service Station (AHASS) workshops for Honda electric motor service.

Previously, Wahana officially introduced the public to the two Honda electric motors, in the Honda EM1: and EM1 e: Plus Public Workshop, Jakarta 26 January 28, 2024.

"As a post-sale service for Honda electric motorcycles, especially in Jakarta-Tangerang, we have prepared 58 AHAS workshops for Honda EM1 e: and Honda EM1 e: Plus," said Head of Technical Service Department of PT WMS Benedict F. Maharanto, in an official statement received on Wednesday, January 31.

Furthermore, the man who is familiarly called Beni said that WMS also held intensive Honda electric motorcycle training for mechanical people.

As is known, the price of the Honda EM 1 e electric motorcycle is priced at IDR 40 million. Meanwhile, the price of Honda EM 1 e: Plus is IDR 40.5 million. The price above is the price of Jakarta's On The Road (OTR) for unit and battery prices, while for chargers it is sold separately.

Wahana targets 2,200 units by 2024, this was revealed by PT WMS Head of Marketing Olivia Widyasuwita. In fact, he is optimistic about achieving this target, in the midst of an electrification era like this.
