JAKARTA - Chairman of ASPI (Association of Indonesian SPA Therapists) Mohammad Asyhadi is very optimistic that the material test they are proposing regarding Law No. 1 of 2022 concerning Financial Relations between the Central Government and Regional Governments (HKPD) will be successful. The problem is that he has several materials and data that support what was submitted to the Constitutional Court (MK). He hopes that after the material test is granted, he can unravel the problems plaguing the SPA business in Indonesia, which is currently being hit by a stir.
