Detained After Examination, Siskaeee Will Apply For Suspension

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has decided to detain Fransiska Candra Novita Sari alias Siskaeee after being questioned as a suspect in a suspected pornography case. Responding to this, the selebgram legal team will apply for a suspension of detention.

"We are also trying to apply for a transfer or suspension of Siskaeee's detention," Siskaeee's attorney, Tofan Agung Ginting, told VOI, Thursday, January 25.

The request for a suspension of detention will be submitted to the Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Karyoto and investigators. With the hope that the request will be granted.

"We will submit a request for a suspension of detention to the Metro Jaya Police Chief," said Tofan.

Previously, the Director of Special Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak, said that the detention of Siskaeee was carried out after the examination process as a suspect, Wednesday, January 24, evening.

"After the investigation was carried out on the suspect Siskae last night, the suspect was then detained at the Polda Metro Jaya Detention Center," said Ade

However, the reason behind the detention of Siskaeee has not yet been conveyed. Allegedly, this was done to facilitate the process of investigating the alleged pornography case.

Siskaeee is one of dozens of talents named as suspects. The determination was based on the results of the case title.

Siskaeee was considered uncooperative during the investigation process. This is because Siskaee never fulfilled the summons for examination.

Originally, Siskaeee was scheduled to provide information on January 8. But absent on the grounds of family affairs.

Therefore, investigators rescheduled it on January 15. Again, Sikaeeee was not present. Then, the second summons was sent so that this celebgram would provide information on January 19.

However, Siskaeee is again absent. The reason is to prepare various things to face the pretrial trial on January 22.

Until then, investigators decided to make an attempt to forcefully arrest him. Siskaeee was arrested in an apartment in the Yogyakarta area, Wednesday, January 24.

"There has been an attempt to force the arrest of the suspect FCN alias Siskaeee by the investigation team of the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya in handling the a quo case," said Ade.

In this case, Siskaeee was charged with Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
