Allegedly Campaigning For Gibran, Acting Secretary Of Takalar To Bawaslu Reported By AMIN Legal Team To Bawaslu
MAKASSAR - Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (AMIN) legal team reported alleged violations of the Takalar Regency Civil Apparatus Election (ASN) related to alleged violations of neutrality to South Sulawesi Bawaslu.
"We have reported an incident of alleged violation of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning Elections allegedly carried out by ASN member Muhammad Hasbi with the position of Acting Regional Secretary (Pj) of Takalar Regency Government," said Chairman of the Legal Team AMIN Tadjuddin Rachman in Makassar as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, January 16.
The report relates to the activities of rebuking teachers at the Balla Appaka Sulapa Regional Museum, Takalar, which was attended by ASN teacher devices, honorary teachers and government employees with a work agreement or PPPK on Wednesday (10/1/2024).
The Takalar Regional Secretary allegedly submitted an invitation to elect the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair number two Prabowo-Gibran whose recording video went viral.
"Based on the Indonesian language dictionary, appreciation is an award for something. In our opinion, the actions of the reported party are suspected to be an invitation or campaign to win and benefit the candidate pair in question," he said.

Tadjuddin explained that through this statement, candidate pair number one was harmed and of course contrary to article 280 paragraph 2 letter f of Law number 7 of 2017 concerning Elections.
His party has also submitted a number of evidences related to the alleged violation of the ASN neutrality.
In addition to reporting to the South Sulawesi Bawaslu, the AMIN Legal Team will also report the alleged violation case to the Menpan-RB regarding alleged violations of discipline and code of ethics. Previously, the Acting Secretary of the Takalar Lab Government Muhammad Hasbi conveyed clarification regarding the remarks conveyed during the activity by denying that he had never campaigned for certain presidential and vice presidential candidate pairs.
