New Year's Holidays After, 187,485 Vehicles Back Jabotabek Via Trans Java Toll Road
PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) noted that as many as 187,485 vehicles returned to Jakarta during the 2024 New Year holiday period, precisely from December 31, 2023 to January 3, 2024.
"The total volume of vehicles returning to the Jakarta Region via the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate (GT) has increased by 56.28 percent compared to normal traffic (traffic) of 119,967 vehicles," said VP Corporate Secretary and Legal Jasamarga Transjawa Toll Ria Marlinda Paalo in a written statement, quoted Friday, January 5.
The volume of GT Kalikangkung vehicles to Jakarta was recorded at 113,133 vehicles, an increase of 69.38 percent from normal traffic of 66,793 vehicles.
Then, Jasamarga Transjawa Toll Road recorded 130,139 vehicles returning to Jakarta via GT Banyumanik. This figure is up 68.46 percent from normal traffic of 77,252 vehicles.
"It was recorded that 55,759 vehicles left Bawen via GT Bawen or an increase of 45.87 percent from normal traffic of 38,225 vehicles," he said.
Next, it was recorded that 41,073 vehicles left Solo via GT Colomadu. This figure is up 44.33 percent from normal traffic as many as 28,458 vehicles.
"Meanwhile, for vehicles heading to Jakarta via the Warugunung GT, there were 78,343 vehicles recorded, an increase of 17.61 percent for normal traffic of 66,612 vehicles," he added.
