Ferry Reversed In Sambas West Kalimantan, This Is The Appearance
PONTIANAK - The motor boat crossing the Tebas Kuala-Tebas Seberang route capsized during the unloading process at Perigi Piai Pier, Sambas, West Kalimantan.

After the overturned ferry incident in Sambas, ASDP immediately coordinated with regulators and local partners to carry out the rescue process.
"Currently, the joint rescue team from Basarnas Pos Sintete, KSOP Sintete, Tebas Police, Tagana Tebas Tengah is heading to the location to carry out the evacuation process. As for the development of information, we will report it regularly", he said.
Meanwhile, the Regent of Sambas Atba Romin Suhaili together with Forkopimda directly observed the location of the overturned ferry incident.
"We and Forkopimda are directly related to the location. So far there have been no reports of casualties", he said.
Atbah said that in the incident the ferry capsized at Sambas West Kalimantan there were injured victims. The victim was taken to the nearest health service.
"Initial information KMP Bili capsized due to strong winds in the area. On the ship there were 40 motorbikes, 11 trucks loaded with materials, 2 private cars. Not even from capacity. Of course, this incident was a factor of strong winds", he said.
His party immediately called the person in charge to immediately prepare an alternative ship as soon as possible. In addition, the crossing route was diverted to the Semantir Bridge in Perigi Parit, Keramat Bay.
