AMIN National Team Urges Officials To Completely Investigate Persecution Of Other Paslon Volunteers

JAKARTA - The National Team for Winning Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (AMIN) encourages the authorities to thoroughly investigate cases of mistreatment of volunteers from other candidate pairs (paslon).

"The case must be investigated thoroughly, do not let the peace of the election this time," said AMIN National Team Spokesperson Billy David in Jakarta, Sunday, December 31, confiscated by Antara.

Although those involved are security officers, according to him, the legal process must run in accordance with applicable regulations indiscriminately.

It was also emphasized that a person's life must be put forward because there is not a single campaign activity worth life. Therefore, his party encourages the implementation of a safe and peaceful 2024 presidential election.

"The AMIN pair and national team invite all to campaign safely, comfortably, and peacefully," he said.

Previously, Saturday, December 30, two volunteers for the Candidate Pair for President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia Ganjar-Mahfud were persecuted by a number of TNI personnel in Boyolali, Central Java.

The incident was allegedly triggered by a misunderstanding between a number of TNI soldiers and two victims when a number of motorbike riders with noisy exhausts crossed Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan, Boyolali Regency.
