West Java Regional Budget Absorption 97 Percent, 2024 Project Boosts Disadvantaged About Waste And Transportation
Acting Governor of West Java, Bey Machmudin, said that the absorption of the 2023 APBD reached 97 percent. This is claimed to be in accordance with the target of the work program.
Even so, there are still a number of problems that have not been resolved. No wonder, in 2024 Bey asked the ranks of the West Java Provincial Government to continue to catch up, such as waste and transportation problems.
For example, the implementation of the TPPAS Legoknangka groundbreaking, TPPAS Lulut Nambo, the LRT project is the following target to be pursued.
The diesel train (KRD) that connects the Greater Bandung region covering the north, south, west, and east in the future is planned to be upgraded to an electric train (KRL).
"The meeting of leaders (rapid) for year-end evaluations and realization targets. The absorption of the APBD is in accordance with the prediction of 97 percent."

"Next year, I ask everyone to work even faster, especially in chasing some of the behind, such as garbage and transportation."
"KRD is a KRL, hopefully it can be achieved. BRT (bus rapid transit) is still running, but still BRT must be supported by the LRT (light rail train) and commuter line," said Bey Machmudin at Gedung Sate, Bandung City. Not only that, the West Java Al-Jabbar Grand Mosque is also included in next year's improvement plan. Likewise with the West Java People's Struggle Monument (Monju) area which was just inaugurated last week. Bey hopes that these areas can become the latest icons of Bandung and West Java.
"So, the Alkohr Grand Mosque will be arranged, especially the fence, controlling street vendors, odong-odong will be routed."
"I ask for art activities there (West Java People's Struggle Monument) every week or every weekend. Then we show that we can regulate street vendors, parking, and cleanliness," said Bey.
