PUPR Auction For Government Infrastructure Projects II IKN Worth IDR 1.7 Trillion
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) has begun to auction off for the construction of Government Infrastructure II in the State Capital (IKN) of the Archipelago. The value of this development package touched IDR 1.7 trillion.
Quoted from the official website of the Public Works Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE), Saturday, December 30, the budget for the construction of this project is sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) for the 2024 Fiscal Year.
This auction is opened for construction work activities designed and built government infrastructure II, consisting of the Vice Presidential Palace, Vice Presidential Office, Setwapres Office, Vice President's Residence, Other Supporting Buildings, and regional arrangement.
"The Government II area in the State Capital (IKN) is one of the areas where development needs to be carried out as an initial stage of IKN development. Therefore, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing through the Directorate General of Human Settlements is assigned to carry out Development Design Activities for Government Infrastructure II Development in the National Capital," reads a brief description.
The location for the development of Government II Facilities is in the IKN Nusantara area, North Penajam Paser, East Kalimantan. Specifically, the construction site is in the West Residence area in the SUB BWP 1A government zone.

The area is directly adjacent to the Community Park & Riparian on the north side, the Office of the International Organization in the East, the Botanical Garden in the South, and the Ministerial Housing in the West. The area of this project reaches 141,121 square meters.
Meanwhile, the pre-qualification announcement will be made from December 29, 2023 to January 5, 2024. Meanwhile, the announcement of the winner of the tender will be held on March 12, 2024.
"The time for the construction work to be completed for the Development of Government Infrastructure II in the State Capital is 450 calendar days, starting from the signing of the Work Start Order (SPMK) to the first handover (Provisional Hand Over-PHO)," added a brief description.
It is known that this development plan will refer to the Basic Design for the Development of Government Infrastructure Facilities II at IKN. The planning must follow the technical provisions/standards and administrative buildings, especially those that apply within the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, including responsiveness to persons with disabilities.
