Operation 2023 Update, A Total Of 51,082 Vehicles Leave Jakarta To The Trans Java Toll Road

JAKARTA - The Indonesian National Police (Polri) in Operation Candle 2023 recorded 51,082 vehicles leaving Jakarta to the Trans Java Toll Road on December 23, 2023.

"The first information we can convey is the comparative data on the volume of traffic flows that come out and enter Jakarta on Saturday, December 23, 2023, from 00.00 to 24.00 WIB," said the spokesman for the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Kombes Pol. Tjahyono Saputro in his official statement, Sunday, December 24.

Tjahyono revealed that the number of vehicles leaving Jakarta via the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate (GT) towards the Trans Java Toll Road on December 23 at 00.00 WIB to 24.00 WIB was 51,082 vehicles.

Meanwhile, the opposite direction that entered Jakarta through the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate was 18,142 Vehicles.

Then, said Tjahyono, the volume of traffic flows leaving Jakarta via the main Kalihurip Toll Road towards Bandung was 41,505 vehicles and for those entering Jakarta via the main Kalihurip Toll Road, 29,468 vehicles.

For data on traffic flows leaving Jakarta via the Cikupa toll road towards Merak, there are 23,144 vehicles, and 25,404 vehicles entering Jakarta via the Cikupa GT.

Meanwhile, the flow of traffic leaving Jakarta to Ciawi towards the peak is 38,573 vehicles, while for those entering Jakarta via GT Ciawi there are 30,260 vehicles

Finally, the volume of traffic flows leaving Jakarta through GT Merak is 4,115 vehicles, and for those entering Jakarta via GT Merak there are 5,357 vehicles.

The National Police appealed to people who will travel back and forth for Christmas 2023 to ensure that their physical condition is healthy and check the vehicle before traveling.
