Slank Wants To Promote Responsibility For Canceled Tour Concerts

JAKARTA - The frontman of Slank, Bimbim revealed the latest conditions regarding the Album Seven Concert Tour which failed to be held in several cities.

The man with the full name Bimo Setiawan Almachzumi said there were still many Slankers who had not received compensation for the canceled purchase of concert tickets.

"The promise is that by the end of this month we want to be reversed. If not, we will hand it over to Slankers. If it has not been reversed, what will we do, registered or prosecuted," said Bimbim in Duren Tiga, South Jakarta recently.

"He (the promoter) always says yes, yes. I said I don't have to talk to me, bales DM (people who buy tickets)," he continued.

Bimbim admitted that he was still monitoring the matter. He is still monitoring reports from Slankers through his social media accounts. The reason is, he doesn't want Slankers to be harmed.

"There is, communication via DM, I really diligently see DM. Maybe some of them (Slankers) have gathered, so there is a Whatsapp group," said Bimbim.

The Slank drummer wants the promoter and those who have bought tickets to sit down and discuss everything. If an agreement is not reached, he asks those who do not want to be responsible to be reported to the authorities.

Furthermore, Bimbim also talked about lessons taken from the cancellation of the Album Seven Concert Tour in several cities. He wants to be more selective in choosing promoters.

"This is an experience that if you want to tour, look for a ready promoter," concluded Bimbim.
