JAKARTA - Candidate for Vice President number 2, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, gave a short'study' to the candidate for Vice President number 1, Muhaimin Iskandar regarding the State of Global Islamic Economy.
This took place in the middle of the Cawapres session asking each other questions in Debate which was held today, Friday, December 22.
This started when Gibran asked Cak Imin a question, Muhaimin Iskandar's nickname.
"Because Gus Muhaimin is the general chairman of the PKB, I am sure that I understand this problem. How is Gus Imin's move to increase Indonesia's ranking in SGIE?" asked Gibran.
This question was then greeted by a question again by the olegh Muhaimin who did not know what SGIE meant.
"Frankly, I don't understand SGIE. What is SGIE?," said Cak Imin.
Gibran then explained, as a country that is focusing on developing the Islamic financial economy, prospective leaders in Indonesia should understand SGIE.

"SGIE is the State of Global Islamic Economy. For example, those who have entered the top 10 are our halal food, halal skincare, fashion. That's what I mean by Gus. Sorry if the question is a bit difficult, Gus," concluded Gibran.
After that, Cak Imin continued to answer the question. "Indeed, this question is really important because Indonesia has the largest number of Muslims in the world as well as not only the Islamic economic market, the halal tourism market of the Islamic banking market, but also has the potential to become the center of the world's sharia economy," he said.
