Blusukan To Pluit Residents' House Inundated By Sea Water, Prabowo Promises Handling

Presidential candidate (candidate) number 2, Prabowo Subianto visited a village under sea level in the Pluit Village area, Penjaringan District, North Jakarta.

Prabowo then knocked on the door to visit one of the residents' houses. The door sata opened, a mother of the owner of the house was shocked.

"O Allah, our presidential candidate will be next year," said the mother.

Prabowo wanted to enter but asked first because the residents' houses were submerged in water as high as the ankles. Even though the rain was not pouring down the area.

"Can't I come in, ma'am?" Prabowo asked.

"Why did the water come in, ma'am?" continued Prabowo.

The mother did not answer Prabowo's question who asked permission to enter. Instead, he poured out his heart or vented. "This will not recede, sir," said the mother.

"If I help my mother to get up, I can get up to go up," replied Prabowo.

Prabowo's promise was summarized in an upload on the Instagram account of the presidential candidate accompanying the vice presidential candidate Gibran Rakabuming Raka ahead of the Cawapres Debate, Friday, December 22 afternoon.

"Our struggle to make them smile," Prabowo wrote in the caption of his video upload.

Previously, the Secretary General of the PDI-P (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto said candidate pair number three, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD had the ability unlike candidate pair number 2, Prabowo-Gibran. He said Ganjar-Mahfud was able to go down to the community.

"Today we are strengthening the downward movement with the people with a narrative captured by the people about Pak Ganjar and Prof. Mahfud MD is the ability to accelerate, the ability to go down, the ability to blusukan," Hasto told reporters at the High End Building, Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, December 6.

"And this cannot be done by Pak Prabowo," he continued.
