Israel Confiscates Palestinian Land To Build Roads Specifically For Settlements
JAKARTA - Israeli occupation forces confiscated land belonging to Palestinian residents to build a special road for settlers in Tuqu' City, southeast of Bethlehem.
Director of the Resistance and Settlement Commission Office in Bethlehem, Hassan Barijiyah, told WAFA that the Israeli occupation forces confiscated five lands in a number of areas.
These areas are Al-Muruj, Ka'ibana, Umm Al-Nufus, Wa'ar Kharitoun, Muharib, and Al-Uqban.
Reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, December 20, based on the decision of the two militaries, a special road for settlers will be built connecting the Izdbar and Nokdim settlements which are located on land owned by Palestinians.
Barijiyah said that this colonial action would pose a huge danger in confiscating hundreds of lands while also blocking access for land owners.
