Hengky Soenjoto Changes Information In BAP, This Is Nurhadi's Response
JAKARTA - The attorney for former Supreme Court Secretary Nurhadi and his son-in-law Rezky Herbiyono, Muhammad Rudijto did not object to the alteration of witness Hengky Soenjoto's statement in the investigation report (BAP).
Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigator Rizka Anung Nata revealed this amendment at a trial held at the Corruption Crime District Court, Jakarta, Thursday, February 18.
"We have no objection. What was conveyed by brother Hengky when making the changes makes sense," Rudjito said in his statement in Jakarta, quoted by Antara, Friday. February 19.
Hengky is the older brother of the Multicon Director Indrajaya Terminal (MIT) Hiendra Soenjoto who was also caught up in this case. The change in information was made when Hengky underwent his third examination.
Previously, KPK investigator Rizka Anung revealed that Hengky Soenjoto changed his information when he was examined to become a witness for the third time. Rizka said Hengky changed the statement to the case of PT MIT against UOB, not PT MIT against PT KBN.
"Then when it was changed (the information) I asked (to Hengky), which case was UOB's cassation? Should there be (the PT MIT vs UOB case) it had been explained by another team of 'lawyers' from MIT," he said.
In Hengky's cellphone which was confiscated by the investigating team, said Rizka, there was no conversation about the PT MIT case against UOB.
"Even though that was not in the previous discussion (about UOB), even in the chats he had with Hiendra Soenjoto there was no UOB," said Rizka.
Nurhadi and his son-in-law, Rezky Herbiyono, were charged with accepting bribes amounting to Rp45,726 billion from the President Director of PT Multicon Indrajaya Terminal (MIT) 2014-2016 Hiendra Soenjoto and gratuities worth Rp37,287 billion from a number of parties in the 2014-2017 period.
