Anies Baswedan Sindir 'Etik Ndasmu' Prabowo: If The Head Doesn't Follow The Ethics, Especially The Bottom

This was conveyed by Anies in response to the 20-second video of Prabowo who allegedly quipped him all over the X account, @ARSIPAJA. This statement was taken on a closed agenda at the Gerindra Party National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, Friday, December 15.

"Indeed, ethics started from the head," said Anies briefly in Morowali, Central Sulawesi, Saturday, December 16.

Anies also said that everything must start from the head, including ethical issues. So, if the top leadership is not ethical, then his subordinates too.

"If the head does not follow ethics, especially those below it. So it's true that it starts from the head, and that way those below will just follow suit," he said.

Previously reported, Prabowo Subianto was busy talking about netizens because the video clip gave a speech when the Gerindra Party National Coordination Meeting went viral.

"How do you feel, Mas Prabowo? About ethics. Ethics, ethics. What is ethics," Prabowo was quoted as saying from the video upload of the X account, @ARSIPAJA on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Spokesperson for Prabowo Subianto, Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak, said that the statement 'criticism and ethics' did not mean to be serious.

"Pak Prabowo likes to joke, Mr. Prabowo joked to Gerindra cadres. A thousand percent joked," Dahnil told reporters in a written statement, Saturday, December 16.

Dahnil said that there was no problem with Prabowo's relationship with other presidential candidates such as Anies Baswedan and Ganjar Pranowo. Even so, he had mentioned Anies Baswedan's spokesman who had spoken about Gibran Rakabuming Raka who was considered suitable to accompany the former Danjen Kopassus.

Likewise, the Ganjar camp once conveyed the same thing. Anies Baswedan's official spokesman also said: "If Gibran becomes Vice President Anies, it can make it easier for Anies to work if there is a previous presidential program that will be stopped.
