President Jokowi Arrives In Tokyo Japan To Meet PM Kishida
JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo and a limited group arrived at Haneda International Airport, Tokyo, Japan for a working visit, on Saturday, around 15.00 local time. The President is scheduled to meet Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida.
Based on a press release received in Jakarta, Saturday, the President's arrival was greeted by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Japanese Parliament Komura Masahiro, Japanese Protocol Chief Shimada Takehiro, Indonesian Ambassador to Japan Heri Akhmadi, Japanese Senior Diplomat Ambassador Masaki Yasushi, and Defense Attache of the Indonesian Embassy in Tokyo Admiral TNI Azwan Yusuf.
From Haneda International Airport, President Jokowi then immediately continued his journey to the hotel where he spent the night in Tokyo.
Also welcoming the President's arrival at the hotel are a number of ministers who have been in Tokyo to prepare for a working visit from the President, namely Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno Marsudi, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Arifin Tasrif, and Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Japan John Tjahjanto Boestami.

In the afternoon, President Jokowi is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida which will be held at the Japanese PM's Office.
Meanwhile, at night, President Jokowi is scheduled to attend a dinner with PM Kishida and Mrs. Yoko Kishida in Geihinkan, The State Guest House, Akasaka Palace, Tokyo.
Also accompanying the President during a working visit in Tokyo were Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung, Director General of Protocol and Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Head of State Protocol Andy Rachmianto, Presidential Military Secretary Major General Rudy Saladin, and Paspampres Commander Major General TNI Rafael Granada Baay.
