IPCC Distributes Interim Dividends Of IDR 39.46 Billion In January 2024

JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Vehicle Terminal Tbk (IPCC) plans to distribute interim dividends from net profit for the January-June 2023 period worth IDR 39.46 billion on January 15, 2024.

Meanwhile, the dividend payout ratio (DPR) for the subsidiary of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) is 50 percent of the net or equivalent profit of IDR 21.70 per share.

President Director of IPCC Sugeng Mulyadi in Jakarta, Thursday, said that the dividend distribution is an appreciation of management to loyal shareholders who have supported the company's achievements so far.

"The increase in performance in the first semester of 2023 gave positive sentiment to IPCC shares," he said, quoting Antara.

He continued that this year IPCC is on the radar of the calculation of the Financial Times Stock Exchange (FTSE) for the first time since it officially took the floor on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on July 9, 2018.

"Of course, this makes IPCC management more confident and optimistic in welcoming 2024," said Sugeng.

For the interim dividend payment schedule, including cum regular market dividends and negotiating markets on December 28, 2023, ex-regular market dividends and negotiating markets on December 29, 2023, and recording date on January 2, 2024.

Then, cum cash market dividend on January 2, 2024, ex cash market dividend on January 3, 2024, and dividend payment on January 15, 2024.

Until the third quarter of 2023, IPCC posted a profit for the current year of IDR 141.94 billion, an increase of 30.35 percent year on year (yoy) compared to the same period last year of IDR 108.89 billion.

In this period, the company posted operating revenues of IDR 548.16 billion, an increase of 7.83 percent (yoy) compared to the previous year of IDR 508.33 billion.

IPCC provides terminal vehicle services operating at Tanjung Priok Port (Jakarta), Belawan Port (North Sumatra), Pontianak Port (West Kalimantan), Balikpapan Port (East Kalimantan), and Makassar Port (South Sulawesi).

The services provided include terminal handling and value added services with world-class service quality standards.
