Teguh Haryono, A Senior Official Of PT Cirebon Power, Is Absent From The KPK Investigation
JAKARTA - The Corporate Affairs Director of PT Cirebon Power, Teguh Haryono, did not respond to his nickname. Teguh Haryono was summoned today by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigators.
Originally he would be examined as a witness in the case of alleged bribery related to the permit of PT Cirebon Energi Prasarana which worked on PLTU 2 Cirebon which ensnared GM Hyundai Engineering & Construction (HDEC), Herry Jung.
"The person concerned is not present," said Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri when confirmed, Wednesday, February 17.
Thus, said Ali, his party will reschedule Teguh's examination. However, Ali did not know the exact schedule of Teguh's examination.
"There will be re-examination scheduling," said Ali.
Previously, the KPK had asked the Directorate General of Immigration to prevent Teguh and the VP Director of PT Cirebon Electric Power Heru Dewanto from traveling abroad for six months in November 2019.
PT Cirebon Power is a consortium of PLTU 2 power plant owners located in Kanci Village, Astanajapura District, Cirebon Regency. This consortium consists of multi-national corporations namely Marubeni (Japan), Indika Energy (Indonesia), KOMIPO, Chubu and Samtan (Korea).
