Had Canceled Attendance, Polda Metro Rescheduled Aiman Witjaksono's Clarification On Tuesday
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has again scheduled a summons to the Spokesperson for the National Winning Team (TPN) Ganjar-Mahfud MD, Aiman Witjaksono on Tuesday, December 5. Investigators want to ask for clarification regarding the allegations of non-neutral police in the 2024 General Election."A letter of clarification has been sent to Aiman Witjaksono for clarification which is scheduled to be carried out on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 09.00 WIB in the Riksa Sub-Directorate Room of Cyber Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya," said Director of Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak in a written statement received in Jakarta, Antara, Sunday, December 3.The invitation letter for clarification for the second has been received at the house concerned on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 17.45 WIB.Previously Aiman canceled his attendance from the invitation to clarify at Polda Metro Jaya on Friday, December 1."Brother AW was invited to clarify by investigators from the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 14.00 WIB in the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya, 5th floor of the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya building," he said.Aiman's legal team, Ifdhal Kasim, said that his client failed to comply with the police summons because he was still completing a number of administrative files, including regarding power of attorney."We are preparing the administration. So all the attorneys' power of attorneys are not complete," said Ifdhal when confirmed.Apart from regarding the power of attorney, his client was not present because he collided with other agendas that had been scheduled for a long time.Ifdhal has also asked the Polda Metro Jaya to postpone the clarification process against his client.
"He could not attend today because there was an agenda that had been determined. We asked to postpone it, we have contacted the Regional Police," he said.
