Former Chairman Of The KPK Agus Rahardjo Said Jokowi Had Asked For The Case Of Setya Novanti To Be Stopped, Ketum JoMan: Why Was It Just Revealed?
JAKARTA - Chairman of Jokowi Mania (JoMan) Immanuel Ebenezer responded to the statement of former KPK Chairman Agus Raharjo who said President Joko Widodo had asked to stop the e-KTP corruption case involving the former chairman of the DPR, Setya Novanto.
The man who is familiarly called Noel believes that Jokowi will not ask for this. He also wondered why it was only dismantled when the 2024 election campaign began.
"I don't know what Mr. Agus Raharjo did. Jokowi once asked for this case to stop. But I'm sure the president won't do that, because we know very well that the president has hope that law enforcement in Indonesia carried out by the KPK is really enforced," said Noel at the Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta, Friday, December 1.
"So we are not so sure that Pak Jokowi once asked. A class of presidents asking for cases that the public thinks are a disgrace, right, corruption again," he added.
The Deputy Commander of the Prabowo-Gibran TKN Volunteers was surprised that the busy case in 2017 was brought up again. He suspects that the issue was deliberately echoed to degrade the victory of the vice presidential candidate pair number 2.

"So why was it just dismantled? Not at that time? Why was it during these campaign moments? We'll see, maybe there was some kind of bombing that was deliberately carried out by them, which today was too resistance to the Prabowo Gibran pair," said Noel.
"And second, maybe afraid of the shadow of defeat and so on. So that the direct attack is not on principle but on personal matters," he continued.
