DWP 2023 In Bali Promises Bigger Events With Different Concepts

JAKARTA - The 15th edition of the Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) will take place at GWK Cultural Park, Bali on December 8-10.

Sarah Deshita as the 2023 DWP Director Program ensures that the event in Bali this time will be bigger than in 2018.

"So, actually yesterday when we announced that DWP would return to Bali, many asked like 'Oh, we've been to DWP 18, but it's smaller'. Well, this is an area bigger than the 2018 one," said Sarah Deshita when met at Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta, Wednesday, November 29.

The venue remains the same, in GWK, but in terms of areas we use more. So, the area that used to be in GWK has not been used, this time it is used. It may be a bit more like in Jakarta on a scale," he continued.

Different from the event in Jakarta, there is a different nuance that was presented when the DWP was held in Bali.

"Actually, the treatment is almost the same, it's just possible that in GWK there are many beautys that we can respond to," said Sarah.

"In Jakarta, it's like a city festival, there are many indoor areas, in this GWK we respond a lot to the hills, there are installations, we play a lot of lighting too. Yes, maybe things that are very Balinese. And maybe like sunsets in Bali, we will also lift them," he continued.

Meanwhile, several foreign musicians who will appear in the 2023 DWP include David Guetta, Alesso, DJ Snake, Alok, Fisher, Sebastian Ingrosso, Oliver Heldens, and many others.

Meanwhile, domestic performers include Weird Genius, Jevin Julian, Dipha Barus, Sub Zero Project, Whisnu Santika x Adnan Veron, and others.
