Police Arrest Dino Patti Djalal Family Land Certificate Theft Perpetrator
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has arrested a suspect in the alleged theft of land certificates belonging to Dino Patti Djalal's family. The suspect arrested is the result of the development of the first case.
"We have secured the suspect in this case. Last dawn we have secured a suspect and this is already underway," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Tuesday, February 16.
For this first case, the victim was Zurni Hasyim Djalal or Dino Patti Djalal's mother. In this case related to land and buildings located in Pondok Pinang, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta.
In addition, in the case that was reported in April 2020, four suspects were previously identified. With this arrest, the total number of suspects became five people.
However, Yusri did not want to convey the identity of the one person who was arrested. The reason is that investigators are still working on a series of investigations.
"Later we will tell it while we are being examined by investigators. I will explain later," said Yusri.
Previously, Kasubdit Harta Benda AKBP Dwiasi Wiyatputera detailed three related cases involving the family of Dino Patti Djalal. First, the case with the reporter named Mustofa. In this case several suspects named Arnold.
"The suspect Arnold and his friends have already been sentenced to court in 2019. Currently he has been detained in Cipinang Prison," he said.
The second case with the reporter Dino Patti Djalal. The cases that were reported in November 2020 have also been handled. The suspects in this case are Mustofa and a colleague.
"The prosecutor has entered the research phase (file)," he said.
Finally, the case reported by Yurmisnawita in January. This case has also been handled with the investigation stage.
"We are currently in the process of proving through witness testimony. Subsequently, a case title will be conducted for further processing," he said.
