Rika said, Lucinta Luna's decision to release was regulated based on Permenkumham Number 32 of 2020 concerning Terms and Procedures for Granting Assimilation, Parole, Leave Towards Release and Conditional Leave for Prisoners and Children.
The Class I Rutan Pondok Bambu has provided assimilation at home to the owner of the name Ayluna Putri since Thursday, February 11.
Rika ensures that all assimilation activities at home for Lucinta Luna are carried out in accordance with the implementation of health protocols.
Meanwhile, Lucinta Luna is a convict in a narcotics abuse case who violates Article 127 (1) of Law No. 35/09.
He began to be detained since February 12, 2020 and received a sentence of imprisonment for 1 year and 6 months and a fine of IDR 10 million, subsidiary to 1 month in prison, based on the decision of the DKI Jakarta High Court Number 472 / PID.SUS / 2020 / PT.DKI with an expiration date of 10 August 2021.
