Suzuki Records New Carry Sales Up 25 Percent
JAKARTA- Suzuki Indonesia recorded an increase in retail sales by 25 percent, for the New Carry model in October 2023, when compared to the previous month.
The increase was due to good achievements in several trade sectors, and an increase in opinion stemming from the adjustment of the selling price of services and business commodities.
"As a light commercial vehicle, Suzuki is grateful that New Carry continues to excel in selling pick-up cars in the country. We are happy that the economic cycle of Suzuki New Carry users continues to grow," said Randy R. Murdoko, Asst. to Dept. Head of 4W Sales PT SIS, in an official statement received by VOI.ID, Sunday, November 12.
According to existing records, the three regions in Indonesia are the main contributors to New Carry's largest sales from Sumatra, Central Java, and East Java, followed by Kalimantan, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara.
For the Sumatra region, which is driven by a large economic turn in the plantation sector such as palm oil and rubber, and the coal sector has contributed to New Carry's sales of 19 percent in October.
Meanwhile, the second position is 9 percent occupied by the Central Java region, the majority of which is driven by strong industrial and agricultural sectors, followed by the East Java region of 8 percent, which is driven by many entrepreneurs in the fields of trade and services.
In more detail nationally, retail sales of New Carry Pick Up won 3,779 units in October 2023.
