BMGK Predicts 17 Areas With The Potential For Flash Flood
JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that 17 regions throughout Indonesia have the potential to experience heavy rain and flash floods. The rain is predicted to fall from February 13 to 14.
BMKG asked 17 potential regions to be alert. According to the BMKG, one area has the status of Alert. Meanwhile, 16 others have Alert status.
"Effective February 13, 2021, at 07.00 WIB until February 14, 2021, at 07.00 WIB. The potential impact of heavy rain for the impact of flooding/flash can occur in the area", said Head of Public Relations of BMKG Taufan Maulana in a release received, Saturday, February 13.

2. Bengkulu (Alert)
3. South Sumatra (Alert)
4. West Java (Alert)
5. DI Yogyakarta (Alert)
6. East Java (Alert)
7. Bali (Alert)
8. West Nusa Tenggara (Alert)
9. North Kalimantan (Alert)
10. East Kalimantan (Alert)
11. Central Kalimantan (Alert)
12. West Kalimantan (Alert)
13. East Nusa Tenggara (Alert)
14. Central Sulawesi (Alert)
15. West Sulawesi (Alert)
16. South Sulawesi (Alert)
