Series Of Claims From The National Police On The Dino Patti Djalal Case

JAKARTA - Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and former Indonesian Ambassador to the United States (US) Dino Patti Djalal became a victim of a plot to thieves a house certificate.

The news of the theft of the house certificate was conveyed by Dino Patti Djalal via his Twitter account @dinopattidjalal, Tuesday, February 9.

“So that the public is alert: another gang of my family's house has been looted. Suddenly my mother's house certificate had changed its name to BPN even though there was no AJB, there were no transactions and even no meeting with my mother, ”said Dino Patti Djalal.

In his thread, Dino Patti Djalal said that this gang had a mode of targeting the target and then making a fake ID card.

"Collaborating with black brokers and notary publics and putting up photo-like figures on ID cards who are paid to play the role of fake ID card holders," continued Dino Patti Djalal.

Dino said that this gang had planned to target his mother's house. According to him, this incident should make the police move quickly.

“The police must be able and completely dismantle the directors / bosses / actors / intellectuals of this house certificate thief gang, not just arresting their crooks. This gang is very shrewd and cunning and harms the people too much, ”he added.

Polda Metro Jaya through Kasubdit Harta Benda AKBP Dwiasi Wiyatputera responded to Dino Patti Djalal's tweet. He said that all cases regarding the alleged theft of certificates had been handled.

At least three cases related to this matter were handled. Two of them have been completed and the rest are still being investigated.

"Three cases of Mr. Dino Patti Djalal have been handled," said AKBP Dwiasi.

Dwiasi detailed the three cases. First, the case with the reporter named Mustofa. In this case several suspects named Arnold.

"The suspect Arnold and his friends have already been sentenced to court in 2019. Currently he has been detained in Cipinang Prison," he said.

The second case with the reporter Dino Patti Djalal. The cases that were reported in November 2020 have also been handled. The suspects in this case were Mustofa and a colleague.

"The prosecutor has entered the research stage (file)," he said.

Finally, the case reported by Yurmisnawita in January. This case has also been handled with the investigation stage.

"We are currently in the process of proving through witness testimony. Subsequently, a case title will be conducted for further processing," he said.

On a different occasion, Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus, said that the mode used in these three cases was almost the same, namely, forging identity cards.

"The modes are almost all similar. Take the certificate, then the KTP is faked, then equated," said Yusri.

Yusri said, there were three cases that had been handled. But the process is different. For the first and second cases, a suspect has been determined.

"The first thing that happens is still in the process. We already know the suspect, we are pursuing it," continued Yusri.

"The second has not happened but the forgery is already there, so this ownership has not changed. But this is still in progress but the suspect has been arrested for KTP forgery, but because it is still in process and the time is up, it is finally suspended," he continued.

Meanwhile, the third case is still in the early stages. Because, the reporting is in January 2021.

"The third is new, also because this DP mother owns several land assets that the family does not know," he said.

Shortly after that statement, Dino Patti Djalal, through his Twitter account @dinopattidjalal, wrote back that if one of the perpetrators of certificate theft named Ferdy Kusnadi had been arrested. But soon released again.

"Land Mafia Update: It turns out that the police have arrested the mastermind of a land syndicate, Fredy Kusnadi, on November 11 2020 at 9 pm. After being taken to PoldaMetro, that night the mastermind was released without a transparent + clear legal process. , "he wrote.

In fact, the police never gave information regarding Ferdy's arrest. So, he felt disappointed with the process of handling the case.

"Surprisingly, the arrest and release of the mastermind Fredy Kusnadi was never conveyed to the victim's family. The name of the dalang, Fredy Kusnadi, was never mentioned to the victim," he said.

The police also denied this. Because, Fredy Kusnadi who was involved in this case is still being hunted

"I told you first and we will chase the suspect, not detained, it's different," said Yusri.

However, Yusri did not specify the extent of the pursuit of Ferdy. He only said that all those involved in this case had been monitored.

"We do chase," he said.
