The Total Donation For The Country Care Concert For Natural Disaster Victims Is IDR 1 Billion
JAKARTA - The State Care Concert managed to collect donations of up to Rp1 billion. Donations for the victims of natural disasters were collected during the concert that was held tonight.
This concert was held by the 48 Cycling Community which was initiated by dozens of art workers and musicians, as well as Member of the Indonesian Parliament Abdul Kadir Karding. This collaboration is carried out to raise donations that will be handed over to victims of natural disasters that occurred in early 2021.
"Alhamdulillah, finally the donation tonight reached 1 billion rupiah. Many good people among us still care about our fellow human beings," said the host of the show broadcast on YouTube 48 Cycling, Thursday, February 11.
This donation was collected from viewers who watched virtual concerts from YouTube 48 Cycling. A number of figures who attended also contributed donations.
Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi gave a donation of IDR 50 million, Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Sakti Wahyu Trenggono of IDR 150 million, Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association of IDR 500 million.
Then DPR member Abdul Kadir Karding Rp.48 million. A number of artists also auctioned off their personal items and collected IDR 50 million. As well as the Bangka Belitung bicycle community also contributed IDR 10 million.
After the donations are collected, 48 Cycling - supported by VOI and ERA - will make repairs to houses of worship and educational infrastructure as a priority. In order to ensure transparency, later reports on donations that have been collected and submitted will be further reported.
