Groundbreaking Of Hermina Hospital At IKN Rp650 Billion, Jokowi: Can Serve BPJS Patients
JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) laid the first stone or groundbreaking for the Hermina Hospital construction project at IKN Nusantara, today. The investment from the hospital project reached around Rp. 650 billion.
"By saying bismillahirrahmanirrahim this afternoon, I officially declare the laying of the first stone at Hermina Nusantara Hospital starting," Jokowi said in his remarks as quoted from the Secretariat's YouTube, Wednesday, November 1.
Jokowi said that later the hospital would be built internationally based on eco green and smart hospital.
"The hospital is environmentally friendly, has a green building concept by utilizing renewable energy and is supported by digitalization of smart hospital," he said.
He also ensured that the hospital would not only accept VIP patients but also serve patients using BPJS Kesehatan.
"With the Hermina Nusantara hospital, people in IKN and its surroundings can get superior health services," said Jokowi.

In addition, Jokowi assessed that the presence of a specialist mother and child hospital was the answer for most people who questioned the existence of health facilities at IKN Nusantara later.
This is because the existence of these facilities is one of the main considerations for people who want to move to IKN Nusantara when it is completed later.
"The groundbreaking of this hospital will further strengthen the trust of the public and investors so that they do not hesitate to live in IKN, do not hesitate to invest and develop their business in IKN Nusantara, and we continue to build various supporting facilities so that more and more people are interested in living in IKN," he said.
