3 Suspects In The NTT Regional Government Asset Case In Labuan Bajo Will Soon Be Tried
LABUAN BAJO - Three suspects in the corruption case of the use of assets belonging to the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government in Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai Regency, which cost the state around Rp. 8.5 billion, will soon undergo trial.
"The Special Crime Investigation Team of the NTT High Prosecutor's Office has transferred the case files of three suspects to the Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the West Manggarai District Attorney after all files were declared complete for processing to the court," said Head of the Legal Information Section Raka Putra Dharmana in Kupang as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, October 31.
He said this was related to the continuation of the legal process in the alleged corruption case in the use of land assets belonging to the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government covering an area of 31,670 m2 on which the Plago Hotel had been built located on Pede Beach, Gorontalo Village, Komodo District, West Manggarai Regency.
The three suspects are the Director of PT Sarana Investama Manggabar Heri Pranyoto, the Head of asset utilization (user of goods) Thelma Debora Sonya Bana and the Director of PT. Sarana Wisata Internusa Lydia Chrisanty Sunaryo.

According to him, the transfer of files and suspects by special criminal investigators from the NTT High Prosecutor's Office to the public prosecutor was carried out on October 27, 2023.
"The prosecutor has stated that the case files of the three suspects are complete so that they will immediately be transferred to the Class IA Kupang Corruption Court (Tipikor) for trial," he said.
Investigators have also submitted 219 pieces of evidence that investigators have collected in the alleged corruption case of NTT Provincial Government land assets that dragged the three suspects.
Meanwhile, one suspect on behalf of Bahasari Papan is still in the process of being filed by the NTT High Prosecutor's Special Crimes Investigator.
