Spending IDR 6.26 Billion, Pieter Tanuri Owns More Shares In Bali United

JAKARTA - Pieter Tanuri maneuvered by increasing share ownership in PT Bali Bintang Sejahtera Tbk or the Bali United football club. Pieter added 0.39 percent share ownership in the company coded as BOLA shares.

Pieter disbursed funds to carry out this action amounting to IDR 6.26 billion. Quoted from the information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, Thursday, February 11, he bought 23.759.100 shares of BOLA.

Pieter previously owned 1.584.647.520 shares in Bali United. With this addition, he has now narrowed the 1.608.406.620 shares of the 2019 Indonesian League 1 champion.

The 57-year-old man made transactions on 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, and 10 February 2021. In detail, he bought 6.000.000 shares at the price of IDR 250 on February 2, then 15.945.200 shares at the price of IDR 269.71 on February 3.

On February 4, Pieter purchased 1.212.900 shares of BOLA at a price of IDR 252. And the day after that, he bought 13.700 shares at a price of IDR 254.

On February 9, this older brother of Jabes Tanuri bought 28.700 shares of Bali United at a price of IDR 254. Then on February 10, he bought 558.600 shares of BOLA at a price of IDR 253.48.

PT Bali Bintang Sejahtera Tbk is a company engaged in the football club. At the end of 2014, the company acquired the Putra Samarinda (Pusam) football club business.

In 2015, the Company moved the club's home base to Kapten I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia and registered the club in the Indonesian football league under the name Bali United Pusam.

Subsequently, in 2016, the company changed its registration to the name Bali United. And in June 2019, the company listed its shares on the IDX with the ticker BOLA.
