When Uploading Selebgram Helena Lim Participates In The Legal Vacancy Tail Vaccination

JAKARTA - Sunday, February 7, 2021, celebgram Helena Lim displayed a video upload showing herself participating in a mass COVID-19 vaccination activity specifically for health workers. He received vaccination queue number 11 at the Kebon Jeruk Community Health Center.

"In two weeks, we will be vaccinated again," said Helena, showing off the injection mark in her Instagram post.

The netizens were excited. Many have questioned the work status of this woman who is often referred to as the crazy rich of Pantai Indah Kapuk. This is because priority vaccines are not yet for the public, but only for health workers and public servants according to government instructions.

Head of West Jakarta Health Office Kristi Wathini said the owner of the Instagram account worked at the Bumi Kebon Jeruk Pharmacy, West Jakarta.

"The person concerned brings a description of working in a pharmacy as a support and the pharmacy is one of the pharmaceutical facilities that is included in the top priority," said Kristi Wathini.

The owner of Apotek Bumi Kebon Jeruk, Elly Tjondro also opened his voice on this matter. Elly confirmed that she had issued a certificate brought by singer and celebrity Helena Lim on the grounds that she was her business partner.

"That's right, so we are business partners (with Helena Lim)," said Elly.

Elly explained that pharmacists arranged for COVID-19 vaccination licenses to be given to 11 people, including Helena Lim. However, only 10 people received the vaccine, because one person's health condition was not possible because they had high blood pressure.

Elly is adamant that Helena Lim's COVID-19 vaccination is in accordance with the procedure and all requirements have been met so it is only natural that those who work at pharmacies get the vaccine.

"Yes, we are confused. Just look at us, we are the people who are in the forefront of dealing with patients. It should be natural for us to get the vaccine and indeed pharmacies are appointed to get it," he said.

Dragged by legal channels

The West Jakarta Metro Police (West Jakarta) is also investigating the case of alleged forgery of letters as a recipient of the first phase of the COVID-19 vaccine on behalf of Helena Lim. "It is currently still being investigated. Currently, it is just the initial interview," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for West Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Teuku Arsya Khadafi.

Arsya said that his party had given a letter of clarification invitation to the Kebon Jeruk Puskesmas and the owner of the Bumi Kebon Jeruk Pharmacy, which issued a letter to Helena Lim.

It is hoped that both parties will come to clarify the matter so that the West Jakarta Police will get an idea of whether there is an element of a criminal act or not. The two parties, said Arsya, are scheduled to clarify on Monday, February 15 morning.

"Yes, we are studying whether or not there are criminal acts related to the process, so that someone who is suspected of not being a health worker will get the vaccine," said Arsya.

Meanwhile, Head of DKI Jakarta Health Office Widyastuti has not been able to confirm whether to impose sanctions on the Kebon Jeruk Puskesmas, West Jakarta.

"We are currently investigating, coordinating with the DKI provincial organizations related to the (Vaccination) activity," said Widyastuti.

According to Widyastuti, according to the Decree of the Director General of Disease Prevention and Control (P2P) of the Ministry of Health, the target of vaccines is not only health workers but other groups such as support personnel and administrative personnel.

Is Helena Lim included in the other group referred to in the decree? Widyastuti answered diplomatically.

"Our team has given their best and provided investigations, deepening the case with provincial organizations with various parties in investigating this case. (If) In the field something is found that might not be right, it will certainly be the attention of the DKI Provincial Government," he explained.
