Catur Sentosa Adiprana Begins 2021 With The Relocation Of Mitra10 And Atria Kalimalang Bekasi
JAKARTA - PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk (CSAP) will inaugurate Mitra10 & Atria Kalimalang, Bekasi on February 11, 2021. These two stores are relocated from the old Mitra10 Kalimalang and now occupy a wider area.
CSAP is a distribution company for building materials, chemicals and consumer goods (FMCG), and owner of the Mitra10 and Atria retail outlet chains. After relocation, the new Mitra10 Kalimalang now occupies an area of 10,000 m2 with a sales area of 5,500 m2.
"The new location of Mitra10 Kalimalang is 70 percent wider than the old location," said CSAP Corporate Secretary, Idrus H. Widjajakusuma, in a written statement, Wednesday, February 10.
This superstore will sell 25,000 SKUs (item items) which are divided into 13 categories, starting from paints and their variants, floors and walls, bathrooms, kitchens, doors and windows, plumbing installations, building materials, electricity and lighting, tools. home (hardware), tools, hobbies, household furniture (houseware), to home appliances.
"80 percent of the SKUs offered are national products made in Indonesia," said Idrus.
Likewise, the new Atria Kalimalang, which is located in Mitra10, occupies a sales area of 1,900 m2, of which 785 m2 is wider than the sales area in the old location.

To date, Mitra10 has operated in major cities in Indonesia, namely: Greater Jakarta, Cikarang, Karawang, Cirebon, Yogyakarta, Solo, Sidoarjo, Surabaya, Malang, Denpasar, Lampung, Palembang, Batam, Medan, Makassar and Balikpapan.
Sales PerformanceAt the end of the 2020 period, CSAP posted consolidated sales of IDR 12.6 trillion (unaudited), growing by 4.8 percent compared to the 2019 period. As for the third quarter of 2020, CSAP managed to record consolidated sales of IDR 9.1 trillion, or grew by 3, 95 percent.
Meanwhile, operating profit grew by 33.94 percent in the third quarter of 2020 to IDR243.21 billion compared to the achievement of the same period last year of IDR181.59 billion. The net profit attributable to the parent owner grew significantly by 46 percent to Rp61 billion compared to last year's Rp41 billion.
In 2021, CSAP is targeting 1 store relocation and opening 4 new Mitra10 superstores. The expansion strategy pays attention to pandemic conditions and mitigates risks to promote sustainable growth.
To support this plan, CSAP has budgeted capital expenditures of approximately IDR 500 billion of the total capital expenditure of 90 percent for the modern retail segment. Others are allocated for the distribution segment.
CSAP's sales growth target for the 2021 period is not far from Indonesia's GDP growth prediction of around 3.1-4.4 percent.
